DIAGNOSIS OF COVID-19 BY PCR
The research is carried out in the own PCR laboratory of MC "Evviva" using high-quality reagents. The laboratory is licensed and verified to conduct PCR studies on COVID-19. The equipment on which the research is carried out is certified according to the ISO 14644-2-2009 system.
Laboratory research by PCR ( polymerase chain reaction) is aimed at detecting the RNA of SARS-CoV-2/SARS-CoV coronaviruses in human biological material (nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal mucosa).
Thus, the PCR test for COVID-19 shows the presence or absence of DNA or RNA of a coronavirus infection in the human body.
A PCR study allows you to detect the RNA of the virus at the earliest stage of the disease, when there are no symptoms yet.
The results of a PCR test for coronavirus are the basis for making a final diagnosis of COVID-19 disease.
You can take a PCR test with us AROUND the CLOCK!
Our advantages:
Own verified laboratory
The result on the same day (subject to the collection of the material before 12: 00)
Synchronization with the application "Diy vdoma"
The result of the study in English with a wet seal and a QR code
Rules of PCR testing for COVID-19
The material for testing for coronavirus by PCR is a smear from the nasopharyngeal mucosa, oropharynx.
Taking a smear from the pharynx (nasopharynx) is carried out on an empty stomach or 3 hours after eating.
3 hours before the study, it is forbidden to drink, brush your teeth, rinse your mouth, or smoke.
The results of the PCR test for COVID-19 will be ready within a day
The certificate can be issued in English with a QR code and a wet seal
A positive test result means that a person is infected.
Before passing the test, a special information consent form is filled out, by signing which, in case of a positive test result for COVID-19, you agree to inform the doctor with whom the declaration was signed and self-isolate for the duration of treatment.
You can pre-fill out the form and take it with you.
Download the information consent form for the PCR test.
In which cases it is necessary to pass a PCR test for COVID-19
If you have symptoms of COVID-19
If you have been in contact with coronavirus carriers
If you visited the country of the "red zone"
If you are planning to travel abroad
EXPRESS TEST FOR the SARS-CoV-2 ANTIGEN
Similar to PCR testing, the COVID-19 antigen test detects the RNA of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the body and allows diagnosing the disease at the earliest stage.
The test systems have been clinically tested and certified according to international standards.
Rules for rapid testing for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen
The material for the study of coronavirus by this method is a biomaterial from the mucosa of the nasopharynx, oropharynx.
The biomaterial is taken on an empty stomach or 3 hours after eating.
3 hours before the study, it is forbidden to drink, brush your teeth, rinse your mouth, or smoke.
In what cases is an express test for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen given?
You are planning a visit to Turkey. One of the options for entry: presentation of a certificate in English about a negative antigen test conducted 48 hours before entry.
You have symptoms of COVID-19
You have been in contact with coronavirus carriers
You have visited the "red zone" region
The results of the rapid test for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen will be ready in 25 minutes!
A positive test result is the basis for clarifying the diagnosis by PCR.
DIAGNOSIS OF COVID-19 BY THE ELISA METHOD
The study on COVID-19 by ELISA (enzyme immunoassay) allows us to quantify the level of specific antibodies of classes M (IgM) and G (IgG) to the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus in human blood.
The presence of IgM-class antibodies in the blood is a marker of the acute period of the COVID-19 infectious process. IgM immunoglobulins can be detected on day 3-5 of the disease.
The presence of IgG-class antibodies indicates an already suffered disease or a possible acquired immunity as a result of contact with the coronavirus. Specific IgG immunoglobulins are a marker of the immune status.
Simultaneous detection of antibodies of classes M (IgM) and G (IgG ) indicates an acute phase of the infectious process. The titers (number) of antibodies detected during testing for COVID-19 by the ELISA method allow us to establish the stage of the disease, determine when the antibodies appeared in the patient's blood (whether the person was ill recently, or many months have passed). These are very important indicators for determining the patient's management strategy.
Rules for testing for COVID-19 by the ELISA method
The material for the study by the ELISA method is the venous blood of the patient.
Venous blood is taken for examination on an empty stomach or 3-4 hours after taking low-fat food.
The results of the ELISA studies will be ready within a day.
Who is recommended to take the COVID-19 test by the ELISA method
You need to be examined before a planned hospitalization in a hospital
You want to test yourself for the presence of antibodies to the coronavirus and determine your immune status.
You have been in contact with coronavirus carriers
You have symptoms of COVID-19
COVID-19 DIAGNOSTICS EXPRESS TEST
This is a high-quality screening test that allows you to quickly determine the presence or absence of class M (IgM) and G (IgG ) immunoglobulins for the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus in the human body.
The presence of IgM-class antibodies in the blood indicates an acute period of the disease. IgM immunoglobulins are detected on the 3rd - 5th day of the disease.
The detection of IgG-class antibodies indicates that a person has already suffered a disease as a result of contact with the coronavirus, and about the immune status of a person.
Simultaneous detection of antibodies of classes M (IgM) and G (IgG) indicates an acute phase of the infectious process.
When choosing this testing method, it should be borne in mind that this technique determines IgM antibodies to coronavirus only 3-5 days after infection — this is how long the incubation period is.
Before taking an analysis for coronavirus, consult your doctor, he will recommend which testing method to use in order to get the most reliable result.
Rules for passing an express test for COVID-19
The material for the study is venous blood (for children – blood from a finger)
Blood sampling for the study is carried out on an empty stomach or 3-4 hours after taking low-fat food.
The results of the Rapid test for COVID-19 will be ready in 30 minutes after the analysis is passed.
Who is recommended to conduct Rapid testing
You have symptoms of COVID-19
You have been in contact with an infected person
You suspect that you are suffering from COVID-19 in a mild or asymptomatic form
