Head of the department is a doctor of the highest category with extensive experience in clinical and expert evaluation - Chabanova Viktoriya Adolfovna.

The department of expertise and quality control of medical care plays an important role in coordinating the main areas of work and solving organizational problems facing the clinic.
The organization of clinical and expert work is carried out in the following areas:
Quality control of medical care in all departments of the clinic;
Analysis of qualitative and some quantitative indicators of the activities of the clinic and its individual units;
Organization (if necessary) and ensuring the quality control of medical care in the treatment of outside organizations, including medical;
The organization and carrying out of examination of temporary incapacity for work in accordance with normative-legal and instructive documents;
Organization and provision of expert activities aimed at the correct choice of drug therapy;
Work in the electronic system of "Internal quality control of medical care" clinic.
Quality control of medical care includes examination of the process of rendering medical assistance to a specific patient, identifying and studying the defects in the provision of medical care to patients at all stages of the medical diagnostic process, and developing measures to improve the quality of medical care based on the analysis of identified defects.
